❗️100km to go until Jeff arrives in Santiago!❗️

Jeff came to us last January with the story that because of his worn knee, the doctor only allowed him to walk / bike / swim. But not too much as this would be bad for his knee.

Jeff's passion for nature walking and his plans to walk to Santiago brought him to us.

By explaining what wear and tear is, making clear his own thoughts about his knee are not out of line with what we believe (this part is extremely important, as people can read too much unverified stuff online these days). This combined with slowly building up the load capacity with walking and strength training as support.

Jeff is now 100km away from completing his goal and walked already 1000km!

We often hear that wear and tear in the knee leads to a passive policy. However, we see such good results with strengthening the body and taking good time in educating the patient. So that people really understand what is going on and can also act outside the treatment room, what to do to reduce pain.

💥MBT HOODIES for Charity!💥

On the 10th - 11th of September 2022 Jurre will do the 'Coast to Coast' race in Scotland!

The race will be 170km long and Jurre will have to show his skills in running, cycling and kayaking.

During this race money for the charity "Children with Cancer" shall be raised!
