When you're overwhelmed it can feel like it's all too much and it can be hard to think clear. Try to think about what can help you feel better when you're not in this state. For example taking a walk (if possible), do some exercise or be creative. Try to make a list so you can have a look at it later. This way you have something to rely on when you're in such a stressed state and it is harder to come up with something to calm yourself.⠀
