We're proud to have facilitated a mindful hiking experience during an event organised by Blyde - PR Agency - Amsterdam for Wildling Shoes

With Wildling Shoes, we emphasized the importance of connecting with nature and engaged participants in fun activities and contact exercises. Throughout the hike, participants experienced a short body scan, deep breathing exercise, and felt the natural sensation of the ground under their feet while strengthening their foot muscles. Witnessing the transformation of each participant's energy was incredible.
