Lately, I’ve been hearing from so many people who feel stuck—like the world is spinning out of control and there’s nothing they can do about it.

I get it. These times are demanding. And it’s easy to feel powerless in the face of so much uncertainty.

But here’s the truth: You still have POWER. You still have AGENCY. You still have a CHOICE.

That’s why I’m extending the Resilient Power Assessment (RPA) coaching offer through the end of February. Because THIS MOMENT is asking us to step up—not with fear, but with clarity and purpose.

This session is about understanding your unique relationship with power, so you can navigate these times from a place of resilience and intention—not reactivity or despair.

Let’s use this time to regain our footing, together.

As we stand at the beginning of a new year, I find myself reflecting on all that we navigated together in 2024—the challenges, the lessons, and the moments of profound connection.

This last year, I talked often about cultivating inner peace, leading with fierce compassion, and finding strength in community. We explored what it means to bridge divides, to hold space for differing perspectives, and to reclaim our power even in the face of uncertainty.

Now, as we begin 2025, my wish is simple yet powerful: May this be a year of hopeful renewal—a time to restore our hearts, replenish our spirits, and recommit to the work of creating a world rooted in dignity, respect, and belonging for all.

Together, let’s:

✨ Lead with courage and compassion in our actions and conversations.

✨ Build bridges instead of walls, finding unity in our differences.

✨ Empower one another to show up authentically and collaboratively.

✨ Anchor ourselves in hope, even when the road feels uncertain.

The work ahead isn’t easy, but I truly believe we are capable of transformation—both individually and collectively. Let’s continue walking this path together, step by step, heart by heart.

Let's un-divide the world, together!

Wishing you a joyful, peaceful, and empowering start to 2025. With gratitude for all that we shared last year, and with hope for what’s ahead.

What’s your story—and who’s telling it? In seasons of instability, it’s easy to feel like life is happening TO you. But you have the power to reclaim your voice, step into your authentic power, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

In light of the moment, I've decided to offer a holiday package at a discounted rate for 1:1 personal coaching to support those who are ready to explore other ways to move forward.

This limited-time coaching offer starts with the Resilient Power Assessment, where you’ll identify where you feel strong and where you may feel stuck.

Then, in a 90-minute coaching session, we’ll explore how to turn these insights into meaningful actions that create real impact—in your life and the world.

It’s time to take control of your narrative. Take this first step and experience allow yourself to experience what it's like to find your power and reclaim your voice.

This offer expires on January 15th.

It's only available for a short time so learn more here and save your spot here: https://offers.joeweston.com/rpaoffer2024976369

In moments of conflict, it can be tempting to withdraw or disengage. But true peace doesn’t come from avoiding challenges and conflict—it comes from leaning into them with open hearts and clear minds. That’s why Engagement is the fifth practice on the path to lasting peace.

Statistics are showing us the alarming increase in loneliness, isolation and depression. The symptoms of this chronic breakdown of engagement and community may not be seen on the surface, but they are affecting all parts of our lives and making the possibilities for a culture of lasting peace seem farther away.

Engagement means staying present and maintaining respectful interaction, even when it’s uncomfortable. It’s about committing to the conversation, not walking away when things get tough.

Whether you’re connecting with a loved one, a colleague, or even a stranger, staying engaged is a courageous act of transformation.

For years, I’ve seen the impact that this practice has had in communities. When we lean into difficult conversations—rather than avoid them—the results are remarkable. It creates a culture where people feel seen, heard, and valued, which leads to deeper trust, stronger relationships, understanding and lasting change.

If we can't even find authentic ways to connect with our neighbors, open a door for someone as you enter a building, send a text to someone you haven't been in touch with for a while, what makes us think that we can end our wars and works towards lasting peace?

This week, I invite you to engage rather than withdraw. Take one conversation you might usually avoid and show up with presence, curiosity, and an open heart. Listen, ask questions, and keep the dialogue going, even if it’s hard.

How will you practice engagement today?
