We tested 30 lion's mane extracts. Beta-glucan content ranged from below 5% to 82%.

The neuroactive compounds most specific to lion's mane (hericenones C and D) were not detected in any meaningful concentration across any of the 30 samples.

Extraction ratios like 10:1 or 15:1 are unverifiable. There is no assay for them.
