Futue Luxury Hospitality Leader Déborah Zimmermann is the Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University Paris-Dauphine after which she she decided to continue her studies in at the Luxury Hotelschool Paris (esh).
"Well-being in the work environment is a priority for me." Say Deborha
At Deborah "found at the Luxury Hotelschool Paris (esh) a warm setting and a favorable environment to continue my studies."
A source of motivation and fulfillment for Déborah is to work towards "Taking care of employees helps relieve stress and avoid burnout or disenchantment. During her career, I would like to make a major contribution in this direction, to change the way we work. We can still change a lot about the social dimension of work, the professional environment... And if the hotel industry initiates this movement, many sectors will follow."
Corporate Social Responsibility in the broad sense is at the heart of its concerns. "The issue of the employability of people with disabilities seems to me to be essential. In the hotel industry, for example, there are many professions and functions accessible to the disabled and it is quite possible to set up positions, supervise and support these people.
The Marriott Group, in particular, initiated this approach and set up positions adapted to the disabled. To generalize these good practices, the training of managers in inclusion policies is essential."say, Deborah.
At the end of her Master's degree at the Luxury Hotelschool, Déborah will do an end-of-studies internship at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal.
