Okpe kingdom is not just the biggest and most populated in urhobo nation but also in the whole of Delta state.
The okpe kingdom covers the whole off okpe and sapele lgas.And divided into 13 districts and each districts is headed by an Okakuro(chief) who at as the ukero orodje (eyes of the king) in that districts.
He reports activities of his districts back to the palace, and in case of festival like the 10th year coronation of the orodje in 2026 where no shop was allowed to open from 8 till 6pm ,it is the Duke that makes sure such enforcement are obeyed in his district.
Here are the 13 districts of okpe ,the chiefs representing them and villages under them.
