To create a strong brand, you have to be focus, consistent and have a clear message that resonates with people.
You build your brand by staying in the core message that your business is all about. That is why you started your business because you had a goal, a drive.
My favorite quote by Steve Forbes states “your brand is the single most important investment you can make in your business”.
I couldn’t agree more. Note that your logo is not your brand and a brand is that idea and trust that helps establish credibility.

The ultimate goal of any marketing strategy is to help you grow your business, achieve and communicate a sustainable competitive advantage over rivals.
These are few ways that will help you develop an effective business marketing strategy.
1. Define your target market: Every product or service has an ideal customer and you should know who they are. know your demographics and psychographics. These will lead to how you want to position your product or service.
2. Know which medium to use: Identify different marketing methods to reach out to your potential prospect either by direct marketing, digital marketing, public Relations, or advertising etc. depending on your target audience. As a business owner, you need to pick the best methods that will help teach, explain and promote your product stand out above other competitors.
3. Create your message: This is an opportunity for any business owner to show their potential clients how their product or service would benefit clients and why there are the best brand that can provide it.
4. Measure your success: To target your market, you need to know if it is reaching its audience.
As a business owner, you need to revisit your business marketing plan atleast once every quarter, track/review your progress and evolve your tactics.

You can increase your familiarity and appeal to your customers and put your brand into the mind of your buying decision.
As a business owner, branding is a major tool. Brand awareness is a marketing objective. It is simply how well consumers recalls your product while going through their daily lives. You can create that by making sure you provide value, relevant message and you’re easy to find when people need you.
So, you need to figure out what content you can provide that is specific to your niche and add unique value.
I will list out few important ways you can create brand awareness.
1. Seek content collaboration with other brand with similar niche: it’s not what you know but who you know. Boost your brand by collaborating or associating with other brands. That doesn’t mean you have to knock on your competitor’s door, rather identify brands and business whose offerings complements yours and together you can develop webinars, conferences and other joint projects.
2. Work with influencers: In a world saturated with social media, influencers are your best brand ambassadors. Influencers are a popular marketing tactics. There is no need for expensive celebrity either. Influencers with smaller but with niche audiences and are therefore more affordable.
3. Use video story telling to engage your audience: Videos attracts attention and increases your brand awareness. It plays into the hands of two natural human instincts.
3. Provide Infographics to educate and entertain: Images that show a lot of information. They combine brand authority with a visual appealing experience. They are incredibly versatile.
Brand awareness takes time. It won’t happen overnight. You need to be consistent and know what you are doing.

Good afternoon, Friends🤗
So today, I woke up with a thought on my mind. It’s the idea of Business Marketing.
Most Businesses, especially small business owners neglect the concept of Marketing.
Every business needs a marketing plan be it small, medium or big.
I had to do some research and came up with common misconceptions of marketing.
1. Our business is too small so we don’t need it: Every business needs a marketing plan. Marketing is getting your brand in front of your ideal customer and communicating the value that you provide to a particular group of people either by words of mouth, referrals or social media.
2. Our best product doesn’t need to be marketed if it’s already doing well: Customer behaviors are currently changing. If your product is doing well, that’s the best time you start your marketing action and be consistent in it.
3. We don’t have the time or money to market: As a small business owner, the budget can be restricted and it’s understandable. However, you started the business because you had a particular goal, objective and dream that you want to achieve. So spending day to day in the business and neglecting marketing that’s hard work but you can compliment that hard work with smart work that’s how you’re able to grow the business.
There are different ways to market a business that does not require a lot of money but require a better time. The use of social media marketing, email marketing, video marketing for content creation. All these are for free.
