"At just 11 years old, William Maillis, a child prodigy from Pennsylvania, is challenging renowned physicist Stephen Hawking’s views on the existence of God.

Hawking argued that the universe could have originated from nothing, relying on quantum mechanics and the laws of physics.

However, Maillis, raised by a Greek Orthodox priest, believes that an external force, which he identifies as God, must have initiated the creation of the universe.

Maillis’s exceptional intellect has been evident from a young age—he began speaking in full sentences at just seven months old, mastered multiplication by age two, and read a 209-page geometry book in one night at five.

By age nine, he graduated high school, and by 11, he earned an associate degree. His goal is to become an astrophysicist and use scientific principles to support his belief in God, hoping to influence the scientific community's views on the matter.
