"Peaceful and chaos" in one sentence?

Yes.

We call it oxymoron.

It is a figure of speech.

Two very opposing words are placed side by side in a sentence. E.g:

1. I had a bitter sweet experience at the graduation ceremony today. I missed my friends, but I'm happy to start a new phase of my life.

"Bitter sweet"

2. What a gigantic dwarf the character is. I'm clued to the screen because of him.

"... gigantic dwarf"
