Cohesion is an initiative designed to empower, enlighten, and mentor the next generation of leaders imbued with the core values, knowledge, and skills necessary to unlock their full potential and ultimately fulfil their life goals. Since our inception, we reached over 5000 kids - whom we fed and coached as part of a football tournament featuring 11-aside football teams and mentorship sessions. Through the coaching process, we were able to teach the children the importance of teamwork, leadership, patience, and focus - critical skills that they will need as future leaders and workers. We also provided them with a year-long access to mentors who guided and advised them.
