Lagos State being the then nation’s capital and the major hub of NIOB’s activities from onset could not have been vibrant and articulate without the efforts her founding fathers such as Late Bldr. (Otunba) F.I Oshikoya.

🏗️ It’s Builders’ Week 2026!

The NIOB Lagos State Chapter is marking Builders’ Week (March 9–15) under the theme:

“Advocacy and Policy Influence towards Sustainable Reforms for a Resilient Built Environment.”

This year, we are highlighting the Importance of Building Condition Survey for Renovation and Remodeling Projects in Lagos State.

Before renovating or remodeling any building, it is critical to assess its structural condition to ensure safety and compliance.

Safety isn’t expensive — it’s priceless.

✅ Be wise
✅ Build right
✅ Engage a Registered Builder

Join us all week as we continue advocating for a collapse-free Lagos.
