HOW TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS CREATE CONTENT FOR YOU
Instead of posting your product pictures all the time or struggling with what to post, you can actually make your customers create content for you.
Yes, you heard me right.
You can easily do this using something called User Generated Content.
User-Generated Content is also known as customer-generated content.
This is the kind of content created by customers who have used your products.
Examples of User-Generated Content include:
Product unboxing by customers
Video of customers using your products
Video of customers giving feedback on how helpful/great your products are
User-Generated Content is highly effective because:
It is the fastest and easiest way to gain the trust of your audiences, especially those who are just getting to know you and are skeptical about doing business with you.
When they constantly see that you have satisfied customers using your products, they start believing in your brand and that doubt they have will be broken.
It is cost-effective
I mean, you're spending little to nothing to get your customers to create content for you. And the ROI you're getting back is insane.
It boosts your visibility.
When your customers create content for you, they post it on their page and tag you.
By doing this, their audiences will get to know about your business and many of them will check out your page and follow you.
When you do this consistently, imagine how many people will get to know about your business and become your followers and even customers.
Can you see how powerful the User Generated Content is?
However for it to work, you should be posting User Generated Content at least 2 times a week.
I know the question on your mind is, how do I get my customers to create content for me?
Watch out for my next post because I'll be sharing the easy and practical ways to get your customers to create content for you every single time.

You're not selling your products regularly because you don't want to look sleazy and desperate.
But traders come to the market to sell every day and people don't see it as absurd.
People don't see them as sleazy and desperate.
In fact, what will be absurd is when you get the market and a trader refuses to sell to you because she doesn't want you to feel she's selling too much.
The point that I'm trying to make is that it's perfectly normal to sell every day.
So don't shy away from it.
What you shouldn't do is posting your product's pictures every time and shouting come and buy.
Instead, post different varieties of content including valuable and helpful content. Then sell in between.
I hope you get it?

I dare you to do this 1 thing for the next 30 days and watch your visibility and sales explode!
When users watch a video, 64% are more likely to purchase a product.
59% of social media users would rather watch a video than read text.
Video advertising makes up 35% of online advertising
Only 20% of users will read a content page in its entirety, but 80% would watch a video
Your customers are nearly 10 times more likely to interact with a video than written content.
When consumers watch a video, 92% share that video with others. That means you can nearly double your reach due to the sharing rate of your videos.
Videos help viewers better understand your products, and 90% of customers say that videos help them to decide whether to purchase a product
80% of Internet users can remember a video ad that they’d seen in the last 30 days.
WHY AM I SHARING ALL THESE?
I want you to see that video is a big deal in online marketing right now and you need to start prioritising video and make it one of your core marketing strategies
So. I'm challenging you to start creating videos regularly for the next 30 days.
Note, I didn't say you should create videos every day.
You don't have to, especially if you're just starting and you're not yet used to it.
Instead, you can decide to create weekly, biweekly, 3x a week, or even daily- (if you have what it takes).
The frequency doesn't matter.
What matters is that you consistently do it for the next 30 days and keep going.
Who is up for the challenge?

The 4 types of videos you need to sell your product and services on social media
Customer testimonial video
Testimonials are powerful because it helps to convince people that your product works.
When you present testimonials in the form of a video, it converts better because seeing is believing.
So make it a part of your content strategy to share customer testimonial videos regularly and watch your sales increase.
Product demonstration video
Don't assume your audience knows about your product or how it is used.
Rather, create videos to show them the different ways they can use your products.
That's what a product demonstration video is all about.
Behind-the-scenes video
This is the type of video that shows what you do at the back end of your business outside social media. This entails,
👉The process of creating your product
👉How you package and deliver the product
👉How you source raw materials or do market runs. Etc.
Create short videos to showcase all these things.
Educational video
Create videos that educate your audiences on what they need to know about your products and services.
Find out the questions your audiences are asking about your products and create videos to answer these questions.
Also, ask yourself, what does my audience need to know that'll make them buy my products?
Create videos to educate them about these things.
That's it!
Start incorporating all the 4 types of videos into your content.
You can do one video a week.
