Once a musician no longer feels fulfilled in your space, you may soon lose him / her. (And forget about the narrative of musicians not wanting to stay in one place in this case). I’m talking about the serious minded ones. It’s beyond money for true musicians. It’s growth(spiritually, musically), exposure, variety, excellence, Joy, the ability to be a blessing to people with their gift and not be a burden! No one wants their gift going down. If you can, give them a total package of everything. They will cherish you forever.
