It is very important to have players that feel happy about what they were doing on a day-to-day basis and make them believe that we could achieve our goals as a team .

REASONS FOR POOR PERFORMANCE BY PLAYER'S
I believe it as being the current trickts to our players which must be identified, to enhance the forward performance in our sport. Demian2021 mean, fitness is not everything in football but Football without fitness is incomplete.
1, The train: been absent from training for a long period time can decreased performance
2, Regular sexual abuse: This causes break down to all the functional part used in our sport, as we all know this beautiful lady's are out there! players must be Giving sexual Education.
3, Drugs Abuse: Drugs Abuse is the miss used of drugs in our sport which can decrease performance as age increase.
4, Poor nutrition: Inability to eat at the right time or not eating the right food before and after tournament. As we all know the quality of your food determines your performance in the game, that's why (Energy is needed).
5, Smoking and drinking: This weakening the cells and decrease performance on players
6, Psychological problem: individual family and relationship etc.This has to be,picture out by Coaches.
Note: Relationship managment is very important due to lack of found,coaches as failed to take responsibility on their own and also some says untill,I get a professional job first.Remember you can't give what you don't have, because you can only give what you have as a skill.
Now, it is what you master, that you can give out as a coach.
For this reasons, much need to be expect and to support the Grassroots football, because without a Foundation, their won't be an History.

CCC FC took victory route to final at the Debut Sagamu Youth Association Sports Festival.
Against Igbobi FC, wonderful performance it was.
