It is passion that will help you navigate the various setbacks and hurdles that you will find on your way during the journey, he explained. Same thing is applicable to skills training. Trainees should be matched to trades they are passionate about. It is counter productive to post trainees to areas that do not align with their interest. This is exactly where most trainings start failing before they start.

When this happens, the beneficiaries time has been wasted and will be exchanged with reliance on government stipends.
