*🌀💡STOP THIS MISCONCEPTION*

Some of us will be like : I don't like Sugary biscuits, I prefer CRACKERS🥲 The flour used in making the crackers will give you what ? POTASSIUM? 🤧

The amount of sugar in flour is big enough to spike your blood sugar.

Another misconception is giving aged men and women SEMO or wheat instead of Garri or fufu 🥲

Semo or wheat will give them protein abi ? 🌚

SUGAR is sugar! Garri and fufu is BETTER than all these processed food 💯

If you don't like sugary biscuits, stop eating biscuits entirely.

Lastly, anyone that tells any of your relatives that have DIABETES, that they can take eat certain CARBS, don't like them 💯

Begin now to give your body enough time to rest from releasing INSULIN ❤️🙏

Whenever we hear the word 'HORMONAL IMBALANCE ' our mind will go to WOMEN.

That's the reason why they blame women for every childlessness in marriage.

Men do experience HORMONAL IMBALANCE, YES THEY DO 💯

Everyone have hormones and are meant to experiment HORMONAL IMBALANCE.

There are people that have been in GYM HOUSE for years, still no expansion of muscle mass, HORMONAL IMBALANCE caused it( majorly).

STARTING YOUR DAY WITH SUGARS

James woke up to the sound of his alarm blaring at 6:00 AM; he had a long day ahead—an important presentation at school, football practice in the evening, and a study session for his upcoming exams; rushing out of bed, he grabbed a doughnut and a glass of orange juice for breakfast. "Quick and delicious," he thought.

As he headed to school, he felt a burst of energy; his mind raced with ideas, and he was ready to tackle anything; but an hour into his first class, something strange happened; his focus started slipping, his eyelids felt heavy, and his stomach began to growl. By the time he stood up to present, he felt weak and shaky; his once-sharp mind was now foggy; he fumbled through his words, struggling to remember key points.

At lunchtime, James devoured another sugary snack—a chocolate bar—hoping to regain energy; again, he felt a temporary boost, but soon after, exhaustion hit harder than before; by football practice, his legs felt sluggish, and he couldn’t keep up with his teammates.

That night, as he sat with his textbooks, his brain refused to cooperate; no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t concentrate. Frustrated, he slammed his book shut. “What’s wrong with me today?” he muttered.

The next morning, determined to feel better, he swapped his sugary breakfast for eggs, whole-grain toast, and a banana; to his surprise, he stayed energized throughout the day, focused during class, and even played his best at practice.

That’s when he realized: Starting the day with sugar had been a trap. It gave him a quick boost, but the crash that followed made everything harder.
