♦️ Why do I have to use cold water or butter?

Ice cold water helps to keep the fat in dough cold so it doesn't melt and makes it easier to roll out.

♦️What if I don't have a fridge to chill the dough for 30 minutes??

Hmmm..🤔 You need to actually rest the dough and keep it cold if not, the dough might not form well for your pie. Just find a way to get it cold...

PLEASE NOTE❗:

🔶I added salt in the pot to help the pot absorb the heat... You don't need plenty.. 50 or 100 Naira salt
