Fluffy American Pancakes.....(This recipe gives you 6 to 7 pieces depending on the quantity you pour)
Non stick panFlour (125grams)sugar(Two teaspoons)Baking Soda(1/2 teaspoon)Baking powder(1/2 teaspoon)One egg2 tablespoon of powdered milk1/4 spoon of flavour1/4 cup of groundnut oil3/4 cup of water.
Procedures
Get a bowl,Measure out all dry ingredients (accurate measurements)
In another bowl,Measure out all wet ingredients,pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together.....
Set your non stick pan on fire, pour the batter in it slowly.... Allow to bring out bubbles,flip over to the other side.
Remove once it's golden brown...
Repeat the process until all the batter is ready.
Serve with Honey or Marple syrup.
Top with bananas, strawberry or blueberries
N/B:pls don't add oil to the pan,as there is oil in the batter.
Once you pour your batter, immediately you start seeing bubbles flip to the other side.
This pancake is usually not sweet,it's the syrup you eat it with that makes it sweet .
Use only non stick pan....

Banana Cake/Bread Recipe 🍌🍌🍌
Ingredients
✨2 cups of flour
✨2/3 cups of Brown sugar
✨4 ripe bananas
✨1/2 cup melted butter(half)
✨1 teaspoon baking soda
✨1/2 teaspoon baking powder
✨2 eggs (Optional)
✨1 teaspoon banana flavour
✨A pinch of salt......
Procedures
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl with there accurate measurements.
Put the melted butter and sugar in another bowl.
Add the eggs and mashed bananas
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture
Pour the batter in a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven..
Top with any toppings of choice (Almond, chips, banana flakes, Oreos etc)...
Ps:Couldn't drop it yesterday Was busy🤦
Baking soda helps your cake to be fluffy while baking powder makes it to raise...
You could use normal butter instead of melted butter....but I prefer melted butter it's helps the cake to be more moist....
