The Coordinator of Pilex Centre attended the Niger Delta Environmental Justice Lawyers' Convening.
Barrister Courage Nsirimovu (Coordinator of the Pilex Centre for Civic Education Initiative) also spoke during the Press conference on The unacceptable assault and human rights abuse of Miss Ogadimma Minnie Uchechi, allegedly at the hands of the Chairman of Ahoada West Local Government.
Barrister Courage Nsirimovu emphasized that civic education and the protection of citizens' rights are the bedrock of our democracy. An assault by a public official is not just a personal injury; it is an affront to the rule of law.
