GOD IS NOT IN A HURRY.
But He’s Never Late
If you’ve ever prayed, “Lord, please hurry,” then this one’s for you. 🕰️
Galatians 4:4 says, “When the fullness of time had come, God sent His Son…
Not a second early. Not a minute late. God waited until everything lined up politically, prophetically, spiritually and then moved.
We don’t like that part. We’re microwave people serving a Crockpot God. 😅
But listen delay doesn’t mean denial. It just means development.
💭 Here’s what I’ve been learning: God’s not stressing your timeline. He’s perfecting your outcome.
The wait feels long, but what He’s preparing is worth it.
Could it be that the thing you want now wouldn’t fit you yet? Maybe it’s not about waiting on the blessing… maybe it’s the blessing waiting on you to grow into it.
What’s one area of your life where God’s timing has stretched your patience but deepened your faith?

The Power of a Word
This has been burning in my heart lately — the power of God’s word.
We often want drama… signs… feelings.
But many of the breakthroughs in Scripture came through just a word.
“Speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.” — Matthew 8:8
This man didn’t need oil, handkerchiefs, or laying on of hands.
He just needed a word.
Sometimes we’re busy looking for signs, but all we need is the sound of His voice.
His word is enough.
👉🏽 Think about this:
What’s a single word from God that changed everything for you?
Can you share that verse or promise that carried you in a hard season?
Let’s testify in the comments 👇🏽
When the Answer Is “Not Yet”

When God’s Strategy Feels Like a Setback
TODAY ON TOS
I read something today that left me thinking long and deep. 🙇🏽♂️
Jeremiah 29.
We often quote verse 11 — you know, the famous line:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord…
But what hit me is what God said before that verse.
Let’s look at verses 4–6.
God was speaking to the Israelites… who were in captivity in Babylon.
You would think He’d say, “Hang in there, I’m coming to rescue you now!”
But listen to what He actually says:
“Build houses… plant gardens… marry… increase, not decrease…” (Jer. 29:5–6)
Wait. What?!
You’re telling them to settle in to their captivity?
Yes. Because God had a longer plan.
In verse 10, He says:
“When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my promise…”
Seventy years. 😳
That’s a lifetime for many.
But even in the delay, God was working a strategy.
Here’s what I saw clearly:
Sometimes, what looks like a setback is actually a setup for a better outcome — if we trust God’s method. 🙏🏽
👉🏽 So let me ask you this:
What if your current discomfort is part of God's divine strategy?
Would you still trust Him?
Is it possible that you're fighting the very situation that’s preparing you for the promise?
Let’s reflect together.👇🏽

You know that moment when you feel like you missed it?
That feeling of "If only I had obeyed when I was supposed to..." 😔
I was reflecting on the story in Numbers 13–14, when God told the Israelites to go into the Promised Land.
The land was already theirs. The promise had been made. The strategy was clear.
But what did they do?
They hesitated.
They let fear talk them out of their future.
“We can’t go up against them! They’re stronger than we are!” — Numbers 13:31
“Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword?” — Numbers 14:3
They doubted the same God who split the Red Sea for them.
So God said: Enough.
“Not one of you will enter the land I swore with uplifted hand to make your home…” — Numbers 14:30
Suddenly they changed their mind. “We’ll go now!”
But Moses told them in verse 42:
“Do not go up, because the Lord is not with you.”
They went anyway… and they lost. 😢
You see, obedience has a timing attached to it.
It’s not just what you do, it’s when you do it.
Delayed obedience is still disobedience — and it can close doors that were once open.
This story reminds me that sometimes, fear and procrastination can cost us more than failure ever could.
👉🏽 Let me ask you:
Has God given you an instruction that you’ve been putting off — maybe because it looks scary or inconvenient?
Could it be that your delay is costing you more than you know?
Let's reflect… and if you're bold enough, share what God may be calling you to act on now. 👇🏽
YOU NEED TO WATCH THIS
OBEDIENCE IS NOT ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD, BUT IT'S ALWAYS REWARDED.
It's More about God's strategy than your state of been.
