The Factory Supervisor reports Daily activities to the consultant and coordinate company’s operations, production, value adding activities. He will ensure that output is commensurate with inputs, agreed targets and established standards.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all staff of the company and report directly to the Consultant.
2. Supervise day-to-day activity, organize rosters and schedule tasks/plans that need to be undertaken. Such plans may include but not limited to:
- Plantation Management Plan
- Stocking Plan
- Assets and Equipment Maintenance Plan
- Staffing Plan
- Raw Materials Procurement Plan
3. Optimize utilization of the company’s production facilities.
4. Ensure the production line is constantly aligned and effectively managed to meet targets and customer needs.
5. Ensure that all factory activities operate within the best environmental guidelines.
