PRESS RELEASE

Determination of Change of Course Status

All candidates who were legitimately admitted by the Imo State University, but were affected by alleged change of programme are hereby advised to go to the Registrar’s Office for the collection and submission of forms for the determination of their status.

Both collection and submission start on Friday, March 28, 2025, and end on Friday, April 4, 2025.

The form must be submitted with the following documents for scrutiny:
1. JAMB Admission letter.
2. IMSU Admission letter.
3. Duly filled and signed change of course form.
4. Evidence of all school fees paid.
5. Last sessional results before the attempted change and after the change.
6. Evidence of clearance form from Faculty Officer.
7. A letter of undertaking, duly signed by the candidate not to be involved in any fraudulent act or admission racketeering.

NOTE: THE FORM IS FREE. Also note that this does not in any way mean that the University has thrown her door open for unauthorized change of programme. THERE WOULD BE NO EXTENSION OF TIME AFTER THE DEADLINE.
