Growing hair is a skill

Some one was looking at me like I was saying something strange because I told her that oil cant be a detangler, it helps minimize friction, yes but it can serve as effective detangler, you need something creamy to detangle

Growing hair is a skill

Let me explain this properly.

Let us say Adenike has chosen hibiscus tea as part of her natural hair regimen.

She does not have to spray it on her hair every day.

She can decide to use her hibiscus tea once or twice a month, depending on what works for her hair.

The important thing is consistency.

If Adenike decides that hibiscus tea is part of her wash day routine, then whenever it is her wash day, she uses her hibiscus tea.

She keeps to that routine.

That is what having a natural hair regimen means.

It is not about doing everything every day.

I m saying this for herbal tea

Not for other treatment

Growing hair is a skill

Number 5 recipe for growth.

Proper wash day is not just washing your hair with shampoo and rinsing it out.

Wash day is when you properly treat your hair.

You wash your scalp and hair properly.

You deep condition your hair.

You do a tea rinse when necessary.

You steam your hair when needed.

You section your hair properly so every part receives attention.

Wash day is not just about getting your hair clean.
It is about giving your hair the care it needs to stay
healthy, soft and manageable.

That is proper wash day.
