SEVEN SIGN'S OF A FAKE MAN OF GOD

1. They preach a different gospel

Anyone who changes or distorts the message of Christ should be rejected.

2. They are driven by greed and personal gain

They use ministry primarily to enrich themselves.

3. Their lifestyle contradicts their message

Jesus taught that people can be known by the fruit of their lives.

4. They seek personal glory instead of glorifying Christ

Their focus is often on building their own fame and influence.

5. They deceive people with false prophecies

When someone repeatedly speaks presumptuously in God's name, Scripture warns against following them.

6. They exploit people's fears and emotions

False teachers often manipulate rather than shepherd.
2 Corinthians 11:13

7. They refuse correction and accountability

Godly leaders are humble and teachable, while false leaders often reject correction.

Key Test According to Jesus

The ultimate question is not whether someone performs miracles, prophesies, or attracts crowds, but whether they truly know and obey Christ.

A wise approach is to test every preacher by:
Their doctrine

1.What do they teach?

2.Their character (How do they live?)

3.Their fruit (What results follow their ministry?)

4.Their faithfulness to Scripture (Does their teaching align with God's Word?)
