BREAKING: Hegseth squirms as he gets caught lying with his own words on live TV!
Secretary of War Crimes Pete Hegseth had a disastrous appearance on Face the Nation this morning, where he was brutally called out for contradicting his own previous testimony on U.S. munitions stockpiles.
When asked about Ukraine’s urgent request for more interceptors and co-production of Patriot missiles, Hegseth launched into his usual propaganda:
“Nobody makes better and more munitions than the United States of America… our stockpiles are great, and they’re only getting stronger…”’
But host Margaret Brennan read back his own earlier testimony acknowledging serious shortages and that some munitions take far longer to produce than others. Hegseth immediately snapped:
“You don’t have to read back to me what I testified.”
With the usual defiant tilt of his chin, Hegseth attempted to project bravado but couldn’t help squirming, deflecting, and blaming Joe Biden, as one always does when caught in a lie.
Hegseth figures that if Trump can live in a fantasy world, so can he. In his dry-drunk mind, everything is going perfectly in every way, and anyone who says differently is a liar with an agenda.
But the fact remains that the U.S. continues to struggle replenishing stockpiles drained by the Iran quagmire and support for Ukraine as well as other global commitments.
Now he’s on national television contemptuously denying any such problem exists, just like the Boss does. Deny everything and hope nobody remembers what you said last month.

Hegseth’s performance was embarrassing, even for him. His tough-guy shtick, just recently betrayed by his pathetic attempts at bench pressing while spending some bro time with a group of servicemen.
The American people deserve honesty about the state of our military readiness, not some Trump Mini-Me obfuscation through rhetorical dross.
Hegseth shames the brave men and women who serve every day. He must go.

BREAKING: Republican Rep. Lisa McClain says midterms will be “common sense vs. crazy” – then delivers some contemporary “idiocracy”!
Rep. Lisa McClain (R-MI) went on an unhinged rant with Fox’s Maria Bartiromo this morning, claiming the 2026 midterms will be a battle between “common sense” Republicans and “crazy” Democrats.
“This is exactly the kind of idiocracy that is going on in these education systems,” she said, referring to the idea of treating gender-conflicted kids as human beings.
Yes, she actually used the word “idiocracy” – a reference to the 2006 movie where society has devolved into a nation of absolute morons. The irony is breathtaking.
McClain then promptly proved our point, laying out her version of “common sense” when it comes to biological genders, de-funding the police, and believing (unlike the rest of us!) that criminals should be punished and victims protected.
She delivered all this like a preacher on Sunday, as if she was dropping profound revelations instead of recycled MAGA talking points from 2018.
Behold Republican thought leadership in 2026, courtesy of a congresswoman who thinks she’s making a bold stand by saying men shouldn’t be in women’s locker rooms and that criminals should go to jail. Truly groundbreaking stuff.
The real idiocracy is just what this lady is trying to serve us for Sunday brunch. Republicans pretend they are the party of casual racism and fundamentalist Christianity as “common sense” while pushing conspiracy theories, culture war nonsense, and loyalty tests to a declining cult leader.
To paraphrase said cult leader, this is pretty low-IQ stuff. Buckle up, Democrats, this is the type of political theater that awaits as we gear up for the midterms.
All indications are we will be sending them all home en masse from Washington to make trouble at their local school boards.
That’s common sense.

During Donald Trump’s 80th birthday UFC celebration, victorious fighter Josh Hokit looked directly into the camera, on live television, and declared that Michelle Obama was “a man” in a clear attempt to curry favor with the President, who allegedly cracked a half-smile.
After yelling about his “Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,” Hokit looked directly into the camera and said, “And lastly, Michelle Obama is a man! Am I right America?”
CNN reports that Trump, who was in the front row during the fight, “appeared to show a half-smile” after Hokit’s deeply offensive remark.
While this kind of behavior isn’t too surprising from a man who has made “giving and receiving brain damage” his career, it is absolutely infuriating to see this kind of transphobia being thrown about willy-nilly, not to mention the shocking disrespect to a former First Lady who has done nothing but work to improve the lives of the American people and set our children on the path to success.
Trump and conservatives hate Michelle Obama because she is the complete opposite of Melania Trump. Michelle is a strong Black woman who is an accomplished attorney in her own right and has worked nonstop for America’s kids, while Melania is (allegedly ™) a sex-trafficking victim who has sold out her fellow survivors in order to protect her pe*****le handlers and pe*****le husband.
Hokit needs to apologize immediately and donate the winnings of his fight to a charity that supports LGBTQ youths in need…if there ARE any charities that accept “Trumpcoin.
