STAKEHOLDERS CONVENE FOR KOSOFE'S CONFERENCE '57 114 ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT OJOTA

The much-anticipated stakeholders' meeting on the reconstruction of Roju Avenue, Ojota, under the 'Conference 57 114 Roads' initiative, was held today, May 13, 2024. The gathering witnessed a remarkable turnout, with representatives from various community groups, including the Ojota Central CDA, Kosofe CDC, Ojota Chemical Association, and Kosofe Local Government Legislative and Executive members in attendance.

During the meeting, the scope, mode of operation, duration, and benefits of the road reconstruction were thoroughly discussed. Stakeholders engaged in constructive dialogues, sharing insights and concerns to ensure a comprehensive plan tailored to the unique needs of the community.

Amidst the discussions, the people of Kosofe seized the opportunity to express their gratitude to the Executive Chairman, Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, for his numerous development projects within the local government. Prior to the state-led Roju Avenue project, Ogunlewe's administration had already constructed 30 roads, 19 drainages, and various other infrastructure initiatives.

The overwhelming appreciation from the community serves as a testament to Ogunlewe's commitment to improving the lives of Kosofe residents through sustainable development and inclusive governance.

OGUNLEWE SUPERVISES THE DISTRIBUTION OF FREE FOOD PALLIATIVES TO 1000 RESIDENTS IN GOVERNOR SANWO-OLU'S FREE FOOD PALLIATIVE INITIATIVE

Kosofe Local Government recently embarked on a humanitarian mission to distribute free food palliatives to 1000 residents in the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu's free food palliative programme for 1000 beneficiaries. The programme, overseen by the diligent Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon Barr Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe aimed to provide much-needed support to the community during these challenging times.
