SUBJECT: TEMPORARY DISRUPTION IN NIMC OPERATIONS AND SYSTEM PERFORMANCE

The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) wishes to inform the general public that we are currently experiencing temporary technical challenges affecting some of our key operations, including NIN enrollment, modification, and verification services nationwide.

This situation is due to system upgrades and ongoing network optimization aimed at improving the overall efficiency, security, and reliability of the NIMC database and ID4D integration systems.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the public, especially to those who have been unable to complete their enrollment or verification processes. Our technical team is working tirelessly in collaboration with service providers and relevant government agencies to ensure that all services are restored to full functionality as soon as possible.

All stakeholders, agents, and the general public are advised to remain patient and avoid panic or misinformation. Further updates will be officially communicated through NIMC verified channels and accredited partners.
