OOUITES BE DEFINITE!........RE-ENERGIZE....RELOADING SAS FOR OOU SUG PRESIDENT'16/17

My paramount objective in this Struggle is to rebuild the union, improve the students Welfare through a democratic transparent government, where every oouites will enjoy dividend of having a union. A union where work is preferred to pleasure, prudence above shallowness, for every right not to be jeopardize. independence, transparency, simplicity with good leadership. Its time to restore the lost glory with an experience, qualified, vibrant, diligent, mature, rugged and dogged leader, who has the full potential with aluta charisma, to lead oouites to their dreamed destination. As a visionary leader, I think oouites care less of whomever that aspired for the Students Union Government (SUG) President, But they're very anxious to elect a leader that will listen to their agitation, cater for there needs and improve students Welfare. Moreso, to create positive relation between Students and Management which required an experience leader.

Reason behind my Aspiration. "Its all about Service Delivery"

My aspiration was not determine by any leader, likewise not by nursing an ambition or through dreams. My aspiration with passion was determine during Socialist led struggle, on reduction of school fees. A movement that allowed you and i to enjoy dividend of having a union, where everyone enjoy 35% reduction on school fees till date.

Its time to get it right. Its time to have a responsive and workable Union where every right will not be jeopardize. Where every opinion will be acceptable and properly utilized. Where everyone will enjoy dividend of having a Students Union Government
Through;

IMPROVING WELFARE

* Improving students welfare is my priority. I'm a citizen that live's in the country, i know the challenges and difficulties we are facing as students, In terms of Transportation. I will improve the transport system, in order to reduce the country economy inflation burden on transportation, for a reliable and affordable transport fare.

* I will lay a foundation where OOU studentship ID card will stand as a security card in the face of any security officer (Police, Dss or Sars ).

I say NO to intimidation.
I say NO to Harassment of Students.

* I'll put measures in place to ensure proper regulation of price of commodities and services within the Campus.

* Improving Hall/Class rooms facilities for efficient, effective, adequate and conducive learning environment.

* I'll make a move for reduction of school fees. Due to economy downturn. "Education must be affordable, if not for free"

2. SENSITIZATION

* Laying a foundation in enlighten the Students on their Academic and Social lifestyle.

* Introducing workshops and seminars for better career prospect.

* Creating room for a robust relationship between students and the SUG, through GAs' and symposiums

I believe every Power belong to almighty GOD. Let gives power to the man who understand our problem and ready to deliver to the best interest of oouites. A man with a robust Aluta charisma, experienced, Intelligent, vibrant, rugged and dogged to deliver oouites in the face of oppressor, during Challenges and difficulties.

-He is trustworthy and honest.

Let's run a Students Union Government that will accommodate every sense of belonging, where your opinion will be acceptable.

All I have been working toward, is betterment and progress of oou to remains the best among other University. The question is who are the Oou?. We students are the Oou, not the infrastructures. Which I believe the Student union government have roles to play for betterment of oouites. Another question, who are the union? We students are the union, not the SUG excos only. We only want to stands as a representatives (mouthpiece). Like I said before. Where you can't be present, you need someone to represent your interest without any doubt. Which requires someone who is Transparent, trustworthy, Faithful, Industrious, God-fearing with leadership ideology. Leadership is not all about leading or heading a position. But to co-ordinate good followers without leaving anyone behind. Working accordance with his people wishes. "My paramount objective in this struggle, is to save the UNION" where every oouites will understand why having a dependable union and enjoy the dividend of having a union. WELFARISM of oouites is very paramount to me, Which I believe a good governance need to cater for.
1. Security, I believe oouites need to be giving regards and be protected. not to be intimidated.
2. Tuition Fee & school portal closure within short period of time (Students on leave of absent) Called for my attention.
3.Transportation, having a reliable and affordable transport, is my priority.
4. Cbt mass failure, needs check and balances, we are not dullard. Academic is our primary assignment.
5. GNS farm. No farming on Sunday. It's a national holiday and relaxation day. It's also a Religious day for both Muslims and Christians. Its unacceptable.

Lastly I think you know that challenges arises everyday, Which requires an intellectual, experienced, combatant, rugged and dogged leader to defend and protect oouites interest at state of challenges and difficulties. Remember leadership commitment matter most. Let's have a dependable union and enjoy the dividend of having a union. For a vibrant and experience leaderShip, Why don't you go for SAS.
