DAY NINETEEN
MEDITATION

‭‭Galatians 1:14-16 ASV‬‬
[14] and I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of mine own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers. [15] But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me, even from my mother’s womb, and called me through his grace, [16] to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles; straightway I conferred not with flesh and blood:

Paul at a young age began to see the Hand of God upon his life, although he misused it at the beginning but he realises that a season came when God indeed wanted to manifest Himself, he decided at this time that he will truly seek the Lord rather than allow the flesh to dictate to him.

King Saul saw himself small but he was eventually ruled by his flesh; David went to process and trainings, eventually became the God kind of man. We need men who will bear the burdens of our God again.

Let's Pray:-
- Father, reveal Your Son in us
- Lord, bring Your men to realize that the flesh profits nothing
- Lord, enthrone Your David's.

DAY SIX
MEDITATION

‭‭Acts‬ ‭7:51‬ ‭HCSB‬‬
[51] “You stiff-necked people with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are always resisting the Holy Spirit; as your ancestors did, so do you.

When men reject the Word of the Lord, they are resisting the Spirit. The Holy Ghost is whom is speaking by His prophets but such men are not ready to repent.

Saul was a man who be little himself when he had not come into power; when men had not come up to limelight, they will be little in their own eyes.

The Kingdom of God will only prosper when there are men who though powerful are like children in the Hands of God; depending on God and being led by God.

Let's Pray:-
- Lord, give us a heart that trembles at Your Word.
- Lord, thunder from heaven and make all men afraid.
- Lord, bring Your True Sons to limelight to diminish the voices of the counterfeits.

DAY FIVE
MEDITATION

‭‭2 Samuel‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭HCSB‬‬
[1] The war between the house of Saul and the house of David was long and drawn out, with David growing stronger and the house of Saul becoming weaker.

The House of Saul is symbolic of men who rejects the Word of the Lord. Men often think they can be wiser than God, they will obey some parts of God's word and follow theirs in the other parts.

‭‭1 Samuel‬ ‭15:26‬ ‭HCSB‬‬
[26] Samuel replied to Saul, “I will not return with you. Because you rejected the word of the Lord, the Lord has rejected you from being king over Israel.”

The scripture is clear about everything but we always bend it's interpretation to what we want. Whatever lie a man wants to defend, you can look for a scripture to backup yourself!.

Let's Pray;
- Lord, make it obvious that you have rejected them who rejected You!.
- Lord, take away the public relevance of them who has no regard for Your word and covenant
- Lord, amplify the voices of Your True Sons.

DAY THREE
MEDITATION

‭‭2 Samuel‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭ASV‬‬
[1] Now there was long war between the house of Saul and the house of David: and David waxed stronger and stronger, but the house of Saul waxed weaker and weaker.

Saul was found when a generation said, Give us a King like other nations to lead us to war. Emphasis this morning on 'Like other nations'!.

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[5] Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

When we begin to set our affection where the world is seeking pleasure, we will surely be lured away from the One True God. We are a people who cannot be differentiated from the world, we left the Theocracy of Zion.

A generation came and taught that Christianity should not be BORING, we can change some lyrics, we can dance like in the disco; but a new Tribe of Puritans must arise.

Let's Pray;
- Lord, we repent of our Appetite for carnality
- Lord, turn our hearts to you in purity and holiness
- Lord, extend Your rod from Zion and purge Your people
- Lord, bring a Separation amidst this ecumenism.
