2.Sexual contact: This include any touching of the intimate body part of the victim or causing both of them to engage in mutual fondling or ma********on or outright s*xual in*******se.

4. R**e: Sexual in*******se that take place as a result of force or threats of force rather than consent.

5. Sexual harassment: Refer to deliberate verbal comments about s*x which the receiver finds annoying and offensive.

NEGOTIATION

Is a discussion aimed at arriving at a peaceful agreement. people need to negotiate in many situation e.g dealing with peer pressure, participating in team game, when going on a date, when making s*xual decision e.t.c
Negotiation is a way of getting one’s needs met without using guilt, anger or intimidation, it requires giving and taking on the part of both parties.

2. Use of alcohol/drug.
3. Use of contraceptives.
4. Types of parties to attend.
5. Types of dress to wear.
