In North-East Nigeria, millions of children have grown up surrounded by conflict, displacement, and loss. Research shows that many experience anxiety, fear, nightmares, and emotional distress.

Through play, games, storytelling, and other psychosocial support (PSS) activities, children are given a safe space to express themselves, rebuild confidence, strengthen resilience, and simply be children again, with UNICEF Nigeria funding and GSF implementation in Borno State.
