4. Noodles peppers soup method

EGG FRYING METHOD

(Parboiling the indomie noodles)

Step 1: Add in water to your cooking pot and bring the water to boil. When the water starts boiling, break and add in the indomie noodles. Use your fork/spoon to separate/stir the indomie noodles and leave the indomie noodles to cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until you get your desired consistency. When the indomie noodles are well parboiled, pour into a sieve to drain the water.

Note: Pour enough water that would sink the indomie.
Note: You can use your meat/fish stock to cook your indomie before frying it.

OR

Step 1: Break the indomie noodles in a bowl and pour hot water to it. Cover with lid and allow it soak for about 3 to 5 minutes, for the indomie noodles to get soft, then sieve out the water.

Step 2: After the water has been drained out from the indomie noodles, add in the indomie noodles spices in it and stir.

Step 3: Then break your eggs in the indomie noodles and stir together and set aside.

(Frying the noodles)

Step 4: Heat up your vegetable oil on medium heat, until it is hot, then fry your onions, garlic and ginger, until the onions turn translucent. Then add your chopped tomatoes, peppers, veggies of choice and stir-fry to avoid burning for 3 minutes on medium-heat.

Step 5: If you are using any of the Protein of choice, add it and continue stir-frying the sauce.

Step 6: Transfer your indomie noodles and egg mixture on the veggies sauce and fried on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 7: Test for your seasoning and readjust if necessary and bring it down from heat. Your indomie noodles is ready.

Note: You can garnish your indomie noodles with your sliced bell pepper or sliced vegetable leaves of choice.
