to achieve strong moral character. G.I.R.L.S is an international organization that empowers girls to create social change. We invite young women to design, lead, fund and implement social change projects that tackle issues faced in their own neighborhoods. G.I.R.L.S provides the tools, resources, partnerships, and support girls need to gain the voice, ability, and problem-solving capacity to realize their full potential. We welcome and serve all girls and focus our efforts on female young adults. Through weekly conversation hubs, positive adult and peer relationships, a ground-breaking goal setting system and so much more, our girls learn to look inside of them to develop the inner strength, character, and skills that it takes to discover their true identity which produces true leaders. Recognizing that education is the key to success, G.I.R.L.S is particularly committed to increasing high school graduation and college acceptance rates of girls in Nigeria. G.I.R.L.S approach is girl-centered and girl-driven and our results impact all members of the society, irrespective of age, gender and ethnicity.
