Even with the explosion of information, my generation seems to be the most confused one.

If people don't take some of the things they see on social media very serious, they won't be under much pressure.

Your joy is your strength. Don't let anything or anyone steal your joy.

Joy shouldn't be a season, it should be the way of living. Check your joy level, zero joy is absolutely dangerous, it can lead to depression.

Inspite of the chaos or storm, don't loose your joy.
