WELCOME TO JUNE! 😊
Happy New Month, everyone! 🎉
We have officially entered the sixth month of the year and reached the midpoint of 2026. What a blessing it is to be here!
This is a wonderful time to pause and reflect on the journey so far, the goals you've achieved, the lessons you've learned, the challenges you've overcome, and the growth you've experienced along the way.
If the past months have gone well, be grateful and keep pushing. If things haven't gone as planned, don't be discouraged. June brings a fresh opportunity to reset, refocus, and start again.
Remember, there is still enough time to accomplish great things this year. Stay committed to your goals, believe in yourself, and keep taking consistent steps forward.
May this month bring you good health, peace, happiness, productivity, favor, and success in all you do. 🙏
Have a beautiful and rewarding month ahead!
Happy New Month, Kings and Queens! 👑

*NIGERIAN FOODS AND WEIGHT LOSS CAN ABSOLUTELY GO TOGETHER*
I want to address something that I hear too often from Nigerian women especially, who are trying to lose weight.
"Coach Lovegold, do I have to stop eating Nigerian food?"
No. You do not.✅
The idea that you have to abandon your culture, your kitchen, and the food you grew up eating in order to lose weight is one of the biggest lies in the wellness industry. It is also one of the reasons so many women give up. Because they try to eat salads and boiled chicken for two weeks, they miss their real food, they go back to eating everything, and they feel like failures.
You did not fail. The plan failed you.
Nigerian food has so much to offer. Beans are one of the best sources of plant protein and fibre you can eat. Unripe plantain is excellent for blood sugar control. Ofada rice is far better for your body than the polished white rice most people eat. Vegetable soups like egusi and edikaikong are packed with nutrients. Oats, which many Nigerians now eat, is wonderful for weight loss.
The issue is usually not the food itself. It is the portion size, the cooking method, the combination of foods, and the time of eating.
When you understand those four things, you can enjoy your Nigerian food and still lose weight consistently.
This is exactly what I teach in my coaching program. Send me a DM to join the next batch.
