I heartily rejoice with fellow Muslims in Ijede LCDA on the joyous occasion of this year's Eid-El-Fitr.

As we mark the completion of 30 days of fasting in accordance with the command of our Creator, I encourage us all to retain the major teachings of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

We must continue to demonstrate the spirit of brotherhood, love, sacrifice and perseverance in our deeds and character. More importantly, we must shun vices and embrace peace and harmony.

I pray Almighty Allah spare us and our loved ones to witness more Ramadans in our lifetime. Eid Mubarak.
