Five things we learned about automation this week:

1. Automation should sound like you, not a robot.

Write sequences in your voice. Read them out loud. If it sounds corporate, rewrite it. The best automation feels human.

2. Lead scoring = 3x higher conversion.

Not all leads are equal. Score them. Hot leads go to your phone. Cold leads go to nurture. Stop treating everyone the same.
