From Law to Finance — Meet our Alumni of the Week, Chidiebere Nwodika, ACIArb (UK), ABR.

Last year, Chidiebere made a bold decision to transition from law into finance. To build a strong foundation for this new career path, he joined EduBridge Academy, where he gained practical knowledge across financial modelling, accounting, macroeconomics, business writing, and investment analysis.

One of his most defining moments was during the financial modelling module, where he worked on a stock pitch that required him to forecast the future financial performance of Wema Bank. What started as a challenging experience became a turning point that strengthened his analytical skills, attention to detail, confidence, and ability to interpret financial statements for decision-making.

For Chidiebere Nwodika, ACIArb (UK), ABR., EduBridge Academy was more than a learning experience. It was transformative, practical, and confidence-building. Through hands-on exercises, case studies, collaborative projects, and supportive facilitators, he was able to bridge the gap between his legal background and his new journey in finance.
