Hello people...a very blessed new year to all... I know the page has been so quiet, that's because we've been doing so many things in the background. We have a few changes coming on here in the new year...

Growing up my Mum worked for a multi-national and was one of the head for the company. There was practically no dish she couldn't make. Her cooking skills were med oh! If you chop her Egusi soup ehn, you will want to start living in our house. Coupled with the fact that my father was a lover of good and could also cook himself, so you dare not present anyhow thing to either of them in the name of food.

Finding myself in this position (as first daughter concern -proudly Ada), I was thrust into the world of cooking at a very early age. Mum took me to the market every weekend. I was taught how to source for the finest beef and how to look out for good vegetable. I learnt which pepper was best for certain soups; depending on the type of stew you were making crayfish was either a yes or no.
