Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has given 1,200 bags of rice to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, for them to celebrate Christmas and New Year festivities.

He also doled out N1million each to all APC secretariats in the 18 local governments and N5million to members of the state executive of the party.

In 2024, he collaborated with Beyoncé on two tracks from her eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter. Shaboozey was born in northern Virginia to parents from Nigeria and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. His stage name is derived from mispronunications of his surname Chibueze, meaning “God is king” in Igbo. In his childhood, he was inspired by watching music videos on 106 & Park, as well as his time at a boarding school in Nigeria for junior high.
