Currently we Blearnd Digital Services are working on a grading and assessment platform designed to help schools create sustainable revenue opportunities from academic services — similar to how large examination bodies like WAEC, NECO, and JAMB operate at scale.

Just wrapped up a custom school management system project through Blearnd Digital Services.

One thing I learned is that school systems are more about workflow design than code. You have to deeply understand:

✔ teachers
✔ school admins
✔ grading structures
✔ term/session logic
✔ permission systems

This project stretched both my technical and product-thinking skills.

Teachers in Africa don't go on vacation and receive no special bonuses for vacation, from primary to tertiary level. Even when schools close for the term/semester/session, teachers still have to report to school. Should teachers in Africa be given special vacation bonuses? Do you receive vacation bonuses in your country?

Platform Schools, Lagos, takes top honors as the National Impact Best Secondary School in Nigeria at the 2025 Prestige Africa Education Awards.

Its lovely to see what the Goshers and his team are doing in reuniting Africa. God bless and more strength. Africa is just too divided. The division was intentional. I believe on WE can reunite ourselves. Education could play a major role in this!

Poor funding of education in Africa is hindering national development in most African countries. UNESCO recommended 15% - 20%. The highest we have seen for any African nation is 8%. This is poor!
