BREAKING NEWS 💔🚨🚨

Instagram has permanently deleted Blord’s account over 3 million followers, gone. The post about VDM’s noodles violated community guidelines, and now it’s landed him in serious trouble.

Imagine losing a platform that built your brand and business, all because of one careless post. In the end, who really loses?

Moral lesson: before you start a f!ght online, remember, some battles don’t just cost pride; they cost everything you’ve built.

Yesterday, someone sent me a message. She said, Mrs. Mel, I’m getting married soon. My husband is an Odogwu. I don win jackpot!” Those were her exact words.

So I asked her, “What do you do for a living?”
She said, “Nothing.”
“Do you run a business?”
She said, “No
Then she added, “Ah ma, there’s no need for me to do anything again. My husband is rich, he will take care of me.

And immediately, my heart sank.

Because, let me ask you: how can you throw away your own identity because of another person’s money? Money that is not yours. Money that can wake up one day and tell you, “Pack your things and leave my house.” Money that can insulttt you, bullyyy you, and make you beg for the barest things.

I told her, Get an identity. Work for your money. Even if your husband is a billionaire, your own ₦5,000 in your account is your pride. That money gives you a voice.

Think about it, imagine begging for panties, begging for a simple dress, begging to buy pad for your periodd. There was even a woman who once traveled for a burial, and during her mensesss, she had to meet her husband in the middle of the crowd to say, Please, give me money, I’m flowing.

That is not the life God created you for.

God did not design you to be a collector. He created you to be a giver too. Marriage is sweetest when there’s reciprocity. I give, you give. We support each other. But when one person only collects, it becomes slavery.

So today I say to every woman:
👉 Outside of your “Mrs.”, be worth something.
👉 Build your own identity.
👉 Don’t let marriage buryy who you are.

Because so many women were not buriedd in the grave they were buried in marriage. Not because they d!ed but because the only thing keeping them alive was the title “wife.” And when that marriage collapsed, they had nothing left.

Hear me well , being a Mrs. is not enough.

Marriage should never erase your identity. It should amplify it.

May you never lose yourself in the name of marriage.
May you never be burieddd alive u

Elvis Presley walked onto the stage for the very last time in 1977. The crowd still roared with the same love they always had, but anyone watching closely could see how much he had changed. He was only 42 when he passed away, but in those final months, he seemed tired, weighed down by years of relentless touring, fame, and the pressure to always be “Elvis.”

Yes, he had people around him who may not have always had his best interests at heart — but in the end, Elvis was still there, still giving everything he had left to the fans who loved him. Even in his most fragile state, he sang. Even when his body was failing him, he stood before that audience because he didn’t want to let them down.

It’s heartbreaking to think of how quickly he went downhill, how lonely he must have felt despite being surrounded by a crowd. But his final performances were more than just shows. They were acts of devotion, moments where Elvis gave the last pieces of himself to the world.

Remembering him this way — not just as the man who struggled, but as the man who kept singing through the pain — makes his story all the more powerful. His last concert wasn’t just the end of a career. It was a love letter to the fans who had been with him all along.
