From gentle flutters to stronger kicks as the weeks go by, fetal movements are one of the most beautiful ways your baby communicates with you. They let you know, “Hey mama, I’m here… and I’m growing!”

These movements usually become more noticeable between 18–24 weeks, and every baby has their own little rhythm. Some are calm and chilled, others are tiny gymnasts — both are normal.

What’s important is getting familiar with your baby’s pattern.
Please, if you ever notice reduced movements or something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to your doctor immediately. Your intuition as a mother matters.
