I still enjoy baking, but lately my passion has been shifting. I've found myself wanting to help bakers like me build profitable, structured, sustainable businesses.

What started as long conversations with baker friends about pricing and business structure has slowly grown into something bigger: a mini bakery management app.

My goal is simple:
An easy-to-use tool that helps you price profitably
A system that considers your real expenses
A user friendly way to manage your pantry, recipes and invoices.

The app is now in its testing phase, and I'd love for home bakers and small bakery owners to try it out: From setting up your pantry to creating your first invoice.

When I started selling fondant on fondantfix and more!, I was fortunate to have a distributor I already had a good relationship with. But as demand grew, I needed to produce more.
I asked for help, and because I was a “good customer,” she agreed to sell icing sugar to me on credit and at a cheaper rate. That relationship saved me money.
But delivery costs and travel time became a challenge.
One day, I reached out directly to a manufacturer on Instagram to ask if they could supply me. To my surprise, they agreed, and their prices were even better.
But buying in larger quantities created cash flow pressure.
After taking a cake business class where we discussed cash flow strategies, I approached the company agent and asked if I could delay payment after receiving supplies. He agreed. That single negotiation improved my cash flow dramatically.
This experience taught me something important:
Your strategy is shaped by the actions you take to strengthen your bargaining position with suppliers. Relationships matter. Asking matters. Negotiating matters.

..One of my submissions at school this semester...Business entrepreneurship school has and is still stretching me....Here I reflect on how I started with lots of trial and error and how I was unable to build systems to accommodate business growth at critical times.
