Participate in an MDCN recognized CPD activity. Download the CPD activity record form from www.mdcnigeria.org. Ensure the form is endorsed for the CPD activity you participate in. The completed
CPD activity record form (with a minimum of 20 CPD units )shall be returned to the secretariat along with the application for renewal of license for the succeeding year.
