Throwing it back to one of the most valuable moments from SXSW. It wasn’t a showcase or a networking event, It was hearing my music played in a room full of people whose job is to identify talent and build careers. 🔗

I submitted Enthralled to a demo listening session and had the opportunity to receive feedback from industry professionals including legends like and ✨

The feedback was encouraging. Philip highlighted the melody and commercial potential of the record, but what stuck with me most wasn’t the praise.

It was the question.

“If the music is this strong, why isn’t the brand bigger yet?”

It’s a question I’ve thought about a lot since then..

The truth is, there isn’t a shortcut. For the past few years I’ve simply been building. Building the music. Building the vision. Building the relationships. Building the foundation. 📈

That conversation reminded me that sometimes you’re closer than you think 🤞🏽
