Recently, a study on Live Entertainment industry was done to study and evaluate the untapped opportunities in the Nigeria Event & Entertainment Industry. The report unfolds the story of gradual growth in live entertainment shows and the consequential growth in the Event Management Industry. The positive side is the growing acceptance of professional event management in both public and private sector as in advance world/education. Event Management involves planning, creatively, organizing and executing an event - a product or brand launch, an exhibition, a concert, a show or even a conference. Event Management is the most intimate form of marketing. It is a controlled activity aimed at the target audience. With each year passing by, an increasing number of job openings are available for event professionals. As a matter of fact it offers immense scope for the youth and job seekers. An event manager/professional has to, in the initial stages; fetch clients for the organization. The next stage delves into the conceptualization of the whole show around the theme as required by the client. The major functions remaining relate to executing the event by creating publicity hype and also marketing the show, guaranteeing awareness among the public about the show to ensure its success. The hype can be created through the print media, TV, etc. The venue has to be booked and properly organized for the show. Other outsourcing aspects like lighting, food, stage, stalls, electric equipment, ticketing etc are to be taken care of. Performers have to be booked in case of marriages or parties according to requirements. . As events cannot be managed single-handedly, companies have structured their organizations is approved by federal ministry of education to employ people in various departments required to organize a successful event. We can prevent this wickedness in high places from ruling over our lives and nation by Praying as One, by putting on full armor of God and by taking our place in the chariot of intercession for our country and the nations of the world! THE SPIRIT OF GRACE: "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world. (Titus2:11-12) The "Spirit of Grace" instructs us from the inside, counsel us and teaches us how to live in this present world. Infact the Spirit of grace is the spirt of salvation and is available to everyone who seek or ask for it. If you listen to the voice of the world, you will be worldly minded. But, if you tune to the voice of the Spirit of Grace, you will be spiritually minded. And, according to the Word of God, that is Life and Peace. So, when the Spirit of God speaks to you through that still, small voice inside your heart, listen and obey Him. FEAR NOT: "Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not. (Numbers 14:9) You see, this earth, your village, your business environs doesn't belong to the devil. Most people are afraid getting to thier village or some places because of evil men. No mountain anywhere, any man"s mountain is his ignorance. The Earth belongs to God. (Psalms 24:1) He looks in control of the earth because we believers haven't stopped him. Jesus took Satan's legal rights away from him on Resurrection morning and placed the beilvers in charge. Note just like Israel had to rise up physically to take the land of Canaan, you and I have to rise up in the spirit if we're going to establish the dominion of God in the earth. So today if the devil has control of an area of your life or your church or your community, rise up in the spirit through faith and prayer and in the Word and start taking that territory back. Don't be afraid. His defense is departed from him. He has no weapon that can hurt you. So rise up in the Name of Jesus and take back your land & Possession today. Halleluyah!
