THE WORD FOR TODAY
Having good health is the greatest privilege. Most people aspire to be rich but forget to stay healthy until their body is screaming for help. No amount of money fixes what years of neglect destroyed. People sacrifice sleep to make money. Sacrifice meals to meet deadlines. Sacrifice movement to stay productive. Sacrifice peace to stay relevant. And they call it hustle. The rich man who can't eat what he wants, can't sleep without medication, can't walk without pain, is not winning. Health is the one asset that, once depleted, money can only slow the damage, never fully restore. You don't get a replacement body. You don't get extra years because your net worth earned them. What you get is exactly what you maintained. Sound health is yours. Shalom!

THE WORD FOR TODAY
Stop oversharing your plans. Nobody wants to see you doing better than them. Oversharing your plans often invites unnecessary energy, because not everyone wants to see you rise. Protecting your vision doesn't mean hiding, it means nurturing it in silence until it speaks for itself. Growth thrives in privacy, and when your results show, they speak louder than any announcement ever could. Sometimes the most powerful move is letting your success surprise the world. Don’t let oversharing and social media silently destroy your peace, family, marriage, and even your career. Don’t fall into the devil’s trap. Let your private life stay private. Protect your peace. Live quietly. Win loudly.

THE WORD FOR TODAY
Stop shrinking to accommodate someone else's inability to face reality. Insecure people sometimes cause a lot of stress, because the more insecure they are, the more they redirect accountability to us. And if you are not careful, you will spend years apologizing for things that were never your fault. Insecurity in others is not your burden to carry. But insecure people are skilled at making it feel like it is. They twist narratives, reframe situations, and weaponize your empathy until you are so busy defending yourself that you forget you didn't do anything wrong in the first place. That is not a coincidence. That is a pattern, and patterns like that are a choice.

THE WORD FOR TODAY
Depression is often invisible fatigue, not visible tears. Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it looks like: Reading messages but not having the energy to reply. Putting things off because everything feels heavy. Feeling disconnected even when you are not alone. Losing interest in things you used to care about. Telling yourself “I will do it tomorrow”every day. Everything feels too heavy to start. Disconnected in a crowded room. Hobbies you loved now feel pointless. “Tomorrow” becomes forever. It is not that you don’t care. You are just exhausted beyond words. You are not lazy. You are surviving. It is okay to need help. May God Almighty come through for you this week and beyond in Jesus Name.
