I can’t vividly tell if it was 2022 or 2021 now,but I remember I was in what was supposed to be a rehearsal with mama .
Like I said it was supposed to be a rehearsal but the moment she started speaking to us about one of her encounters with Jesus,the atmosphere thickened,suddenly virtually every one of us was in tears(herself inclusive).
We unconsciously transitioned into long prayers and wailing, uncle Kayode was the one on the piano that day and the exact progression of this song was what he was praying,suddenly I began to hear this song,I didn’t even hold back,I started to sing it as he played and it blended perfectly with the atmosphere.
Since then,I’ve kept the song in my heart hoping that one day I’ll most likely get the opportunity to share it with us alongsides mama .
